Special session proposals should: 

• Target Practitioners: Engage advisors, policymakers, stakeholders, and other relevant actors, while fostering interaction with researchers. 

• Align with the Conference Theme: Address topics related to the main conference theme, “Inclusivity and Transformations of Agricultural Extension and Education.” 

• Fit Within Conference Structure: Be associated with one of the five conference topics and take place during an allocated parallel session slot (maximum duration: 1.5 hours). 

Submission Guidelines 

Please submit your proposal via email to the official conference address, esee2025@utad.pt. Your proposal should be between 450 and 750 words and include: 

• Title 
• Organizers’ Names and Affiliations 
• Main Goals 
• Structure and Expected Outcomes 
• Relevant Conference Topic 
• Additional Relevant Information 

Deadline for submission is March 29th 

Acceptance notifications will be communicated by April 7th.
