ESEE 2025 is an in-person conference.
– Participants are expected to attend in person.
– Each author may present up to two works (oral presentation and/or poster).
– A limited number of online presentations will be accepted.

Online Presentations:
– There will be one online parallel session per topic, with a maximum of 5 online presentations per topic (across 5 topics).
To apply for online participation:
– Submit a statement of interest by emailing esee2025@utad.pt
– Only one online presentation per participant will be accepted.
The Scientific Committee will prioritize requests based on:
Country of residence – preference will be given to participants from non-OECD countries
Submission date – please apply as early as possible
Once online slots are filled, an announcement will be posted on the conference website.

The Conference registration fee includes:
· Access to all of the Conference programme.

it doesn’t include the gala dinner (Gala Dinner: 40€)
